What are Charms watches made of?
Every Charms watch is made of high quality stainless steel, both the case and the bracelet, in a gold or a silver finish. It is the same stainless steel used across the Charms jewelry range, so a Charms watch sits beside a Charms charm bracelet without any difference in tone or finish.
What movement is inside a Charms watch?
All twelve watches in the Charms watch collection run on a premium Japanese movement. The Capri watch and the Como watch share the same movement in both the gold and the silver versions, so choosing between them is about the case and the dial rather than what is inside.
How much does a Charms watch cost?
Every watch in this collection is 120,00 euro, whether you choose a Capri watch or a Como watch, gold or silver, and whichever dial colour you pick. There is no price difference between the twelve.
Can I wear a Charms watch with my charm bracelet?
Yes. The Charms watches are made to be worn alongside a Charms charm bracelet on the same wrist, in matching gold or silver stainless steel. Stacking a watch with one or two charm bracelets is the way most of our customers wear them.
Can I wear a Charms watch every day?
Absolutely. Our pieces are designed to be worn daily, without worrying about rust or discoloration. The stainless steel case and bracelet are made for everyday wear, at work, at the gym or on holiday.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and most are sent out within 24 hours. Inside Europe, shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. Outside Europe, shipping takes 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times start once your order has been processed.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on every order over 30 euro, or the equivalent in your local currency. The free shipping threshold is shown in the announcement bar at the top of the website and again in your cart at checkout.
Can I track my watch order?
Yes. Every Charms order is fully tracked. As soon as your watch ships you receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the parcel in real time.
Can I return a Charms watch, and is there a warranty?
You have 30 days to return your watch. Every Charms watch also comes with a 1 year warranty, so you can order with confidence.
